ARS TYPE¨ STANDARD FONT LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read this license agreement before opening the font package and using the enclosed software! If you do not agree to the terms stated below, please return the sealed product, and all documents and packaging materials within thirty [30] days of acquisition. 
     

LICENSE AGREEMENT
The font software enclosed in this package is for use on 5 CPUs and 5 printers, by the purchaser only. It cannot be copied, reformatted, or decompiled for any reason. It cannot be embedded in PDF or similar files. It cannot in any way be posted on the Internet. It cannot be transferred to any other media except the ones covered by this license. It cannot be duplicated, bundled or otherwise distributed in any form. A multiÐuser license or a publication license, obtainable from ARS Type¨ or any ARS Type¨ Authorized Remarketerª, is necessary should the purchaser decide to use this product on more than 5 printes and/or more than 5 CPUs.

Please consider that copying software, aside from the reasons mentioned above, is against the law and merits severe punishment, governed by the intellectual property right laws of the Netherlands and the United States. It also discourages type designers from creating new products by threatening their livelihood. When sending documents to service bureaus that contain ARS Type¨ font software, please send a PostScript¨ file instead, so that the illegal transfer of ARS Type font software does not occur.
